ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Cancer Society researchers developed Empowered to Quit, an email-based program to help you quit smoking. It all starts with making the decision to quit and planning your Quit Day.
You can set it as soon as tomorrow or up to 30 days from now. Be sure to give yourself enough time to come up with a quit plan, but not so much time that you¡¯ll change your mind; it is best to pick a weekday that doesn¡¯t look like it will be too stressful of a day. Let¡¯s get started!?
As your Quit Day gets closer, you can make your quit plan with the help of short emails from the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Cancer Society. Once your Quit Day arrives, you¡¯ll continue to receive tailored emails and tools to support you along your quit journey.?
